Gourmet Ski started off five years ago with a small group of friends sharing a mutual love of skiing and great tasting food. Now this wonderful, annual ski event is bigger and better than ever, and I am honoured to be part of it for a second year in a row.

Curated by Heston Blumenthal, join Jason,  Marcus Wareing, Sat Bains & Claude Bosi on 20 – 23rd March 2018 for the holiday experience of a lifetime, enjoying 2 unique dinners executed by the chefs on the Courmayeur mountains. Along with 3 days of skiing, the trip also includes mountain lunches in the chefs’ favourite spots with menus selected by them.
