We are very excited to announce the return of Social Sunday on Sunday 11th June, The Social Company’s annual series of collaborative lunches in aid of Hospitality Action.
Jason Atherton and the head chefs at our London restaurants have invited some of the UK’s top chefs to cook with them on the day – and with menu prices ranging from £65 to £180, there’s something for everyone.
Highlights this year include Jason at Pollen Street Social with three of the new generation of chefs currently lighting up the London dining scene: Elizabeth Allen (formerly Pidgin, soon to launch solo venture Shibui) Mark Jarvis (Anglo) and James Cochran (James Cochran EC3).
At Social Eating House, Paul Hood will be welcoming Peter Sanchez-Iglesias from renowned Bristol restaurant Casamia – a rare opportunity for Londoners to try the chef’s one Michelin-starred cooking.
For barbecue fans, Temple and Sons will be pairing up with David Carter from his critically acclaimed restaurant Smokestak, whilst at Social Wine & Tapas, Marcus Rohlen will be collaborating with Outlaw’s at The Capital head chef Tom Brown.
All proceeds go to Hospitality Action and tickets can sell quickly – so choose your restaurant from the line-up below and get booking!
Established in 1837, Hospitality Action has offered vital assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis. With all staff working for free on the day, and suppliers donating their produce, Social Sunday is a celebration of the generosity and collaborative spirit of the hospitality industry as well as the creativity of some of the country’s most talented chefs.
